Do you accept refund/returns/exchanges?
I don't accept returns/exchanges. Only you can only get a refund if the product is damaged and ordered by EMS.
- All products are "non-refundable" after purchase. - Refunds and returns will be refunded only if "there is a video of the product opening, and the product is damaged in the video," and "within 2 weeks from the arrival of the product." - Refund/return conditions may vary slightly for each product (please check the product details). - All products will be inspected before delivery. Products damaged during delivery cannot be refunded or exchange.
Please let me know the name of the order (recipient name) and the product with the problem in detail.
- K-packet, Standard Shipping can be Damaged or Lost. The seller is not responsible for any damage to the product (the buyer is responsible).
- Only EMS can be refund. follow 'Refund Policy'
When the product ordered is different from the product arrived
- Please contact the seller if the product we ordered and the product arrived differently. There should be 'recipient name' and 'product opening video' like refund policy. If that checked my mistake, then you can choose from several methods.
- I ask to send me back about the wrong itmes, but if you can't send me back, or keep the product what you recive, then you can only pay 50%, and keep the product.
Damage to the delivery company after delivery because of a disaster
- The seller is not responsible for any damage to the delivery (delivery becomes impossible or the product is lost, etc.) after the product has been manufactured and shipped.
- If you receive a reply from the delivery company and receive compensation for the damage, we will refund all of them, and even if you resend them instead of a refund, we will only help you resend them if there is any left in stock. We prioritize the delivery of the product. It will then be fully refunded, re-produced, or delivered (the contents may vary depending on the situation).
- Refund or re-delivery is not possible if the delivery company says it cannot compensate for any damage. The seller is not responsible for this.
- Due to the Covid-19 situation, the delivery date or country may change. Please check it out all the time.
