★ Shipping

Q : When will my order ship?

A1 : Delivery is conducted only 4 times a month, that is, once a week. The product(which is products are ready) that hasn't been delivered will be delayed to next week.

A2 : In the case of pre-ordered products, the product will be delivered when the product is ready. Each product has a different preparation period, so please refer to the details of the product.

- Taking 5days ~ 5 weeks(1~2 month)(During Covid-19)/ have a tracking number

☆ Standard Shipping☆

- Tacking 2 weeks ~ 4 month(During Covid-19)/  No tracking number for some country

☆ EMS ☆

- Taking 3days ~ 4 weeks(1 month)(During Covid-19)/ have a tracking number

- Safe, and most fastest

★ Refund Policy

- All products are "non-refundable" after purchase.
- Refunds and returns will be refunded only if "there is a video of the product opening, and the product is damaged in the video," or "within 2 weeks from the arrival of the product."
- Refund conditions may vary slightly for each product (please check the product details).
- All products will be inspected before delivery. Products damaged during delivery cannot be refunded.

 How to refund? : Contact me! Please let me know the name of the order (recipient name) and the product with the problem in detail.

Returns/Exchanges Policy

Q : Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A : I don't accept returns/exchanges. Only you can only get a refund if the product is damaged and ordered by EMS.

☆Package Damaged&Lost

- K-packet, Standard Shipping can be Damaged or Lost. The seller is not responsible for any damage to the product (the buyer is responsible).

- Only EMS can be refund. follow 'Refund Policy'

☆ When the product ordered is different from the product arrived
- Please contact the seller if the product we ordered and the product arrived differently. There should be 'recipient name' and 'product opening video' like refund policy. If that checked my mistake, then you can choose from several methods.

☆ Damage to the delivery company after delivery because of a disaster
- The seller is not responsible for any damage to the delivery (delivery becomes impossible or the product is lost, etc.) after the product has been manufactured and shipped.
- If you receive a reply from the delivery company and receive compensation for the damage, we will refund all of them, and even if you resend them instead of a refund, we will only help you resend them if there is any left in stock. We prioritize the delivery of the product. It will then be fully refunded, re-produced, or delivered (the contents may vary depending on the situation).
- Refund or re-delivery is not possible if the delivery company says it cannot compensate for any damage. The seller is not responsible for this.

☆UK and Europe: Shipping is possible, but tariffs may occur on your package. This is entirely up to you and the seller is not responsible. If you want to avoid it, don't order it.

★ Delivery break between October and November.

- From October 13th to mid-November 2021 to mid-November, 2021, general orders that are not special will not be delivered. (Some other items may be delivered for special reasons.

- All products that can be delivered immediately during the delivery break will be delivered from mid-November to the end of November.

☆Oh No! The delivery area has been changed to an impossible area!

- While the Covid-19 crisis continues, delivery countries may change from time to time. If the order was placed before the delivery became impossible, but it was impossible, we will send an email to the buyer. The product can be delivered later, upgraded to EMS, or refunded.
